By accessing or using services provided by Christianeerto Co., you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
All portable restroom rentals are subject to a written or digital rental agreement that specifies delivery, servicing, and pickup terms. Rental periods begin on the delivery date and continue until pickup is completed.
Quoted prices are valid for 30 days. Payment terms are net-15 unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly finance charge. Returned payments are subject to a $35 fee.
The customer must provide safe, level, and accessible placement for units, and notify us promptly of any service issues, damage, or relocation needs. Tampering with or moving units without authorization is prohibited.
The customer is responsible for any damage to units beyond normal wear and tear, including vandalism, tip-overs caused by unsafe placement, or loss while in customer custody.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before delivery receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a delivery charge.
Christianeerto Co. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected rental period.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Marion County, Oregon.
